You must be at least 18 years of age to use this app. By using this app you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. This app is not appropriate for anyone under the age of 18.

You agree that any dispute arising out of the app shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington and any dispute must be brought in the Superior Court of King County, Washington.

Neither Operation Pop Smoke LLC, Aaron Quinonez, or Holly Quinonez, nor its contributors shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the app or the information described and/or contained herein and assumes no responsibility for anyone’s use of or the information contained in the app. In no event shall Operation Pop Smoke LLC, Aaron Quinonez, or Holly Quinonez, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence or otherwise), or any other theory arising in any way out of the use of this app, even if advised of the possibly of such damage. Material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material)(“User Material”) that you submit to the app, for whatever purpose, must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Operation Pop Smoke LLC or Aaron Quinonez or Holly Quinonez or a third party. You must not submit any User Material to the app that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information in connection with your use of the app and submission of User Material to the app. You are solely responsible for any User Material that you submit, publish or display on the app, or transmit to other users of the app. You agree that you will not post on the app any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party’s rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You understand and agree that Operation Pop Smoke LLC or Aaron Quinonez or Holly Quinonez may review and delete any User Material, that in the sole judgment of Operation Pop Smoke LLC or Aaron Quinonez or Holly Quinonez violates this agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users of the app.

When you visit, use, interact, and participate in activities in and through the app, we are collecting your  information. Your information is used only to provide and send you the content or support you request. We never sell or rent your information. All content and graphics of Operation Pop Smoke LLC, Aaron Quinonez, and Holly Quinonez are subject to copyright protection and may not be reproduced in any form without express written consent of the author. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the app content, in whole or in part without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove your account and access to the app, including any products or services offered through the app, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy. By posting content in and to the application, you attest that you are the copyright holder of the content. Operation Pop Smoke LLC, Aaron Quinonez, and Holly Quinonez are in no way liable for copyright infringement contained within user’s content.
